CPE/CPD Points

Continuing Professional Development (CPD) and Continuing Professional Education (CPE) is defined as a structured approach to learning in order to ensure competence to practice, keep skills current and gain practical experience.

Most professional organisations require that their members earn a minimum amount of CPD/CPE points per year in order to maintain their standing within the organisation. It is best to contact your professional organisation directly in order to ascertain how many CPD points you will earn by attending our courses.

Below are the CPD/CPE points awarded by two professional organisations for select Barral Institute Australia courses:

Australian Physiotherapy Association offers 1 CPD point per 1 hour of professional development.

Australian Traditional Medicine Society offers 32 CPE points for each VM course attended. We are now an accredited provider with ATMS (our listing is at the bottom of the page link).

Barral Institute Australia is in the process of gaining accreditation with several national professional peak bodies in order to maximise the return on investment for each professional training dollar spent. Please contact us if you would like us to contact your professional organisation regarding CPD/CPE accreditation.
